What wellness plan do you have in place for yourself?
For this semester during student teaching, I have made sure that I am drinking as much water throughout the day as I can to stay hydrated. I always have my 40 ounce cup with me to ensure I remember. I have also made it a point to attend 2 pilates sessions each week to maintain my mental and physical health. I prep my lunches for the week on Sundays to help myself get enough rest throughout the week. I spend the weekend prepping for lessons throughout the week to also ensure I am getting enough rest for the workweek.
I love the idea of lunch prepping on Sunday! I might steal that idea from you because when trying to prepare my lunch for this morning I found that my entire loaf of bread that I had was moldy :(
ReplyDeleteThe meal prepping sounds like such a good idea! I tried to do that one week and completely fell off of doing that but it was so helpful and I need to try to jump back into that!
ReplyDeleteIt is so very important to drink your water and make sure you are making time for yourself. Great work. So many teachers think they will do it later and they keeps putting it off. I am so proud of you keeping to your schedule.
